What is your policy on
refusing to print certain content?
We reserve the right to refuse to print without
reason. If you upload graphics to this site, you must have the
authority to reproduce those graphics. You can not use our service
to make copies of copyrighted works. We may refuse your order for
any other reason, including but not limited to obscene, pornographic
or offensive content.
I have a copyrighted
design I want to print, what is your policy on not competing with your
customers and displaying my product on your website?
Graphicsland does not knowingly infringe our
customer’s copyrights. We do not show your designs or slogans to
others. By uploading your content you give Graphicsland a license to
use your content in the production of your order. For further

of Service agreement.
How can I include a
copyright notice on my design using your template?
We can put a copyright statement in very small
type at the bottom of your design. Tell us exactly what you want
added in the special instructions box on the order form. You can
get information on copyrights from the library of congress at
www.loc.gov. Normally, a copyright notice includes the copyright
symbol, date, and name. For example: © 2005 Acme Publishing.
You can only copyright your own original
uploaded content. Template designs, content and previews on the web
site are protected by copyright, trademark law and other state and
federal laws. We have licensed with publishers of several clip-art
and photo libraries to use their art when we print customized
items. This license does not extend to end users, so you may not
copy our previews or the actual products we print which contain this
content.
Can I make copies of the
preview image of my order?
Graphicsland reserves all rights to the
designs, content and previews on the web site. You may not duplicate
or distribute for any reason without the express written consent of
Graphicsland.
Can I use a preview image
on my own web site for promotional purposes?
Graphicsland reserves all rights to the
designs, content and previews on the web site. If you wish to use a
preview image for promotional purposes please contact Graphicsland
for written permission.
Can I upload someone
else’s copyrighted material to be printed?
No, users are prohibited from using the
Graphicsland Service to print merchandise that infringes third party
intellectual property rights.
I received my order late
due to a shipping error or delay, what is your refund policy?
If there is a service delay caused by UPS, le us
know and we will try to get a refund on the shipping cost and pass it on
to you. If the delay is for reasons of weather/or “act of God”,
UPS will generally not refund the shipping cost. Graphicsland is not
responsible for shipping errors or delay due to weather.
There was a mistake with
my order, can I get a refund?
If we make a mistake printing your order, we will
immediately correct the error and reprint your order at no cost to you.
Because our products are custom printed, we cannot offer a full refund
on products returned to us. In all cases, our liability is limited to
the cost of re-printing your order.
If you are ordering a large quantity you may wish
to order a small quantity to start in order to assure that the product
is satisfactory to you.
Graphicsland is not responsible for typos in the
customer’s design. Customer uploaded designs and content are printed as
they are given to us and are not “proof read.”
Intellectual Property
Information
Users are prohibited from using the
Graphicsland Service to print merchandise that infringes third party
intellectual property rights (such as right of publicity, copyright,
trademark, and trade dress). Graphicsland makes every attempt to
limit the instances where a user of the Graphicsland services
infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights.
